The Lemon detox diet

Naomi Campbell and Beyonce are apparently both advocates of this detox, do it a number of times a year and they both seemingly don’t have a blemish between them. Also as lemons are Mother Earth’s cleansing, antioxidant-packed, sun-soaked present to us, I think it’s got to be worth a try, right?

According to the experts, eating uses a lot of energy to digest, assimilate, and eliminate toxins. This detox is said to give your internal organs a rest, flush out toxins thus clearing skin and creating natural energy.

Obviously, as with all diets, if you suffer from any type of condition, make sure you check with your doctor before undertaking one. If you’ve never detoxed before, it’s also a good idea to check with a health specialist beforehand.
