The amount of young men fighting with slow moving or mutated sperm seems to growing larger than ever. There does appear to be light at the end of the tunnel however, as various recent studies have identified an active ingredient found in the tomato which could offer a possible solution to this problem.
Lycopeen is the ingredient in tomatoes that give it is deep red colour as well as improve fertility for men. The conclusion after conducting twelve different tests confirmed that Lycopeen stimulates sperm production, sperm movement and sperm speed. Not only this, the tests showed that the amount of mutated or abnormal sperm cells were limited and the further concluded that the risk of prostate diseases and cancer could be dramatically reduced.
The Center of Reproductive Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio collated and analysed the test results and confirmed a strong need for more clinical testing whereby they would need to look further at what Lycopeen supplements could offer.
