No-Bake Honey & Peanut Butter Cookies
Surprisingly, these cookies are as healthy as a peanut butter cookie can be – and because we suggest making half-size cookies, you can eat double the amount. Not only packed with fibre and plant protein, the sweetness comes from honey not processed, refined sugar.

How to make them
Melt the honey and peanut butter in a pot on a low heat. Stir in the oats and you’re done! You can use a spoon to dollop the mixture onto a tray or spread the lot on a tray. Put it in the fridge to cool and harden. Afterwards, cut into squares or use a cookie cutter for cookie shaped, um, cookies! Yum yum – healthy and tasty!
