We’ve done some research and found the a best fitness app for great health. But then we added 9 more… There are some really great ones out there
It’s true, we all want to be healthier and look our best for the summer but this isn’t going to happen by itself, especially when we spoil ourselves with too many calories. So, it we want to make a change and are prepared to put the work in, we’re also going to have to active and determined to make ourselves look better. We wanted to find the very best fitness app available to help us get fit and swanky for the summer.
A best fitness app can be used in those times that you can’t go to the gym or don’t have a lot of time to workout. Or If you’re not good at drinking enough water and need motivation for a healthy lifestyle. (all apps are available for Android and iPhone). Let’s do this!
In the Sworkit app you can choose what part of your body you want to train or what kind of workout you want to be doing. You can choose between cardio, yoga, strength training and stretching. After you’ve made a choice, you can enter how long you want your workout to be. When the workout starts you will be guided by videos made by professional trainers. Once you’ve find a workout you like, you can save it to your account profile or even customize it.
30 Day fit:
30 Day fit is an app where you can find challenges for abs, squats, body weight and push-ups. There are different types of levels that you can choose from: beginner level 1 & 2, intermediate level 1 & 2 and advanced level 1 & 2. They all last for 30 days and you can do them at home or at the gym.
7 Minute Workout
In this app you do workouts that last 7 minutes. We told you we’d get you a best fitness app 😉 The workouts are high intensity but are easy to do. With this app you really don’t have an excuse not to workout because you can do them right in your living room or any other room in your house. You could probably also do it with relative ease in your office.
I drink water and Hydro Coach :
These app’s makes sure that you drink enough water daily. The only thing you have to do is select your weight, height and gender. These app’s will then tell you how much water you should drink. It’s does this by sending you reminders every few hours to drink water. When you’re done with drinking your water you can chose the amount of water you drank and add it in the apps.
Lifesum is a best fitness app where you can keep track of the water you drunk on a certain day or the workout you have done. Its one of those apps that combine workouts with mealtimes. You don’t see these often either. Another feature to the app is the ability to select all the food you’ve eaten that day. This way you can see what you eat and drink on a daily basis. When you choose the food items you also get the chance to see how many calories it has.
If you find it hard to go out and still eat healthy than this app called Healthyout may help you. What you do is type in your address and the app will tell you where you can go out and eat healthy. This items in our best fitness app list isn’t just very easy and fast but works brilliantly whilst you’re on holiday too.. Hopefully this way when you go out, there is no reason to binge.
On the Fooducate app you can really see what your putting in your body. You can track what you eat in a day but you can scan barcodes of your food as well. This way the app can give you information about the product and even tells you what you’re actually putting into your body. Once you know, you’ll probably make the sensible decision and choose fruit over a packet of chips/crisps.
PumpUp – best fitness app
PumpUp is my favourite motivation app! It’s basically Instagram and Facebook together. In this app you can post photos of your sweaty face after a workout or write a post about your fitness progress. They have workouts for you to do and you can post the workout you’ve just done. There are only people on here that want to get fitter and healthier and this makes sure that there is no negativity.
The Sleepcycle app makes sure that you don’t wake up feeling exhausted. The app analyzes your sleeping patten. and wakes you up when your sleep is in its lightest cycle a light sleep cycle. To get started, all you have to do is answer a few questions. The app then works out when you should be woken and the results: You’ll wake up rested and in a much better mood!
