A good alternative for cow, horse or goats milk is Almond milk. People who are lactose intolerant simply can’t drink ‘normal’ milk and suffer from stomach cramps, nausea and more. If you’re allergic to nuts then its best to stay well away from Almond milk. Someone with a nut allergy who then drinks Almond milk can be in serious trouble which could lead to fatal consequences. Also, Almond milk isn’t suitable as replacement for breast or baby milk either. In the first year babies need to have either breast milk of baby milk to help them grow.. Almond milk doesn’t provide enough nutrients for growing babies and is therefore unsuitable.
